Southwestern Chicken Salad Recipe

Tangy Southwestern Chicken Salad is a wonderful recipe for those following the HCG Diet Plan!

  • 100 grams of chicken
  • 1/2 of a tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 of an onion, chopped
  • Spinach or lettuce

Directions:

1) Simmer the chicken together with the chopped onion and tomatoes.

2) Season with seasonings of your choice (pepper, salt, cayenne, etc.)

3) Allow to simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

This is best when served on top of lettuce or spinach. It can also be tasty when some orange is added to the recipe. Cumin, cayenne and chili powder or sauce really kicks the flavor up!
