Ingredients

100 grams lean ground beef (less than 7 percent fat)
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 clove of garlic crushed and minced
1 serving Melba toast crumbs
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of onion powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Bragg’s liquid aminos
Stevia to taste

Directions

Combine ground beef with Melba toast, minced garlic, onion
and spices. In
a small saucepan heat the lemon juice, Bragg’s and stevia
to taste. Form
small meatballs and add to the sauce. Simmer for about 10
minutes.
Deglaze the pan periodically to create a rich sauce. Enjoy
as a Phase 2
entree.
