Ingredients

100 g (3.5 oz) steak, leanest available (had to use eye of round to calculate dietary info)
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

 

Directions

-in a small dish coat the steak with the vinegar
-in a small bowl, combine rosemary, garlic, and red pepper
-rub on both sides of the steak
-place steak in a small dish, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight
-grill to desired done-ness
