3 slices ham

4 green onion

3 tablespoons cheddar cheese

handful almonds

Directions

Dice ham, dice green onion, add to cream cheese. form a ball and sprinkle cheddar cheese and almonds on ball. Let sit 1/2 hour in fridge. Ready to take to party with melba toast or any other low calorie cracker.
